About Rachael Nerney

Rachael is a multi-disciplinary professional artist. Her practice includes fine art, mural design, and illustration. Her artwork captures fleeting moments through vibrant color, light, and pattern. Her goal is to spread hope and foster connection through her illustrations.

Rachael earned her B.F.A in illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her passion for illustrating food grew after graduation while she was creating artwork for Whole Foods Market Inc. She now works from her home studio in Charleston, SC. She finds inspiration from local farmers markets, restaurants, and most of all - her kitchen.

Her fine artwork is represented by multiple galleries including The Miller Gallery, The Gallery at Sweetgrass, Art & Light Gallery, and Shain Gallery.
